Hi, I work in an IT firm. Most of the time I am glued with the monitor screen attending meetings and all. I face headache issue often. I am confused whether my eyes are creating this headache or something else is responsible. Should I wear specs while using the computer?

Headache can have many causes
Sinusitis, excessive near work, spectacle power, migraine, stress, unruly meal times, inadequate sleep. If eye is causing the headache, spectacles can help but you need an eye checkup before that to see if you need a prescription for eye power.
