I have cold body with puffed eyes& hairfall along with shivering &menstruation problem. Feel to much hungry sometime or else remain without stuff. Get hyper& headache with high pitch. Get an opinion from a general physician regarding possibility of a vitamin deficiency like vit D. After that if all tests are normal see a psychiatrist who will diagnose and treat underlying issues.
