Headache dueto hit bydoor
Yesterday I hit hard from room door, after 24hrs also pain persists...no swelling though, no medication taken, anything need to worry...any medication required?

No need to take any medication if you don't have any problems among headache,vomiting,giddiness and swelling in eyes.
