Headache due to Sinus
I've had a sinus headache since the past two days. Even after taking steam, Otrivin nasal spray and Sinarest tablet, the pain doesn't seem to subside. Could it be migraine? No sensitivity to light in the past two days. Please advice.

First it has to be diagnosed properly. Sinusitis should be thought if you have frequent attacks of Sore throat or nasal discharge. Please get an X Ray PNS & get it reported by the Radiologist. If it is normal, other reasons should be thought. Migraine generally has headache in a part of head, headache is throbbing in nature & may be accompanied with vomiting.
