Headache due to eyes
I’m having headache sometimes..I think that is only because of using phone or computer.i have -ve 0.25 in both eyes ..Should i use specs all the time ?
When i wear spectacles for an hour and then when i remove it my eyes start straining ..What should i do ?

Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.
Try to use glasses as much as possible
