I have been headache continuously left side head and feel like to vomit and eyes drops automatically comes and neck pain MRI shows right maxillary sinus all polypoidal mucosal thickening I have tyroid gland enlarge in size

Sinus blockage can cause headaches. You need to consult an ENT surgeon for that. If the pain persists even after treatment for sinus, it could be migraine.
