Headache continuessly .
Mucosal thickening is seen in left maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses. Nasal septum is deviated to right side . Mucosal hypertrophy is seen overlying bilateral inferior nasal turbinate .

This seems to be CT report which is suggestive of mild mucosal disease in your sinuses. CT scan report alone is not very useful in identifying sinusitis or any other nasal conditions. Correlation of clinical examination findings, endoscopic findings and CT report will help to arrive at the diagnosis
