Why do I get temporary relief from headaches when i press my jaws against each others
I have had minor headaches for two days . Mainly the back side of the head I have mistakenly wear my old glasses for one day.Maybe this is an issue. I have changed my glasses but still i am feeling hanover sort of in my head.

Wearing your old glasses may cause you a headache but it will last only for a day. It can't last for so many days after you start wearing your new glasses.
Please consult a Dentist regarding your getting relief from headache by clenching your teeth.
