Headache ,bleeding oral,brusing,tirednes
Hi, am 30yr old Female, 2and 1/2 week back one sudden midnight I got sever headache at the same time I had unusual bleeding from mouth. From tat days it's happening recurrent in 5-6 times in a day. Now am having tiredness also in a day some time I get sever headache. I checked for dengue twice but it is negative. Then night sweat, tenderness in bones .

Bleeding from mouth is not that usual nor related to dengue malaria. Immediately visit MD MEDICINE specialist. Tiredness can be due to recurring blood loss and night sweat suggesting of some thyroid hormone issue. Do check thyroid hormones T3, T4, TSH. But visit Doctor ASAP.
