Headache because of using mobile and lap
I am Prasanth and i am 22 (male).I am using mobile and laptop for more and more hours because it was necessity. So o am feeling little bit headache.My friends suggest use zero power and uv protected glass. May i use that?

Hello Yes.. You may use that In addition A.  Cold compresses B.  Blink a lot C.  Avoid exposure of eye to air D.  Restrict use of mobile E.  Use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears

Please get your refraction done and if glasses are needed then start using specs as advised. Since you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every  20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
