Headache and Vision not clear
I'm having issues with my vision and headache, Almost daily at night I'm having headache, some times in the morning as well. I'm a Graphics Designer by profession, I have to use digital display a lot, so I can not avoid or reduce using digital monitors. I have recently checked my I sight as well, dr. is saying "it's a nominal change (.25) in each eyes, you don't have to change it immediately". But I'm not confident abut it.

you are having computer vision syndrome use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. rub ocupol d eye oint twice daily on lids

follow 20.20 formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C. or fan.keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
