Migraine headache is associated with Giddiness, Dizziness, Nausea & Vomiting. All the Investigations including MRI will be normal. You may to visit a Neurologist for your treatment. Simple Pain reducing tablets may help you on most occasions, provided the Headache frequency is 1-2 per month. If the frequency of Headache is more than that, Migraine prophylaxis is required. A Neurologist will guide you.
