All these are symptoms of cervical spondylitis.  Cervical Static Exercises. Avoid Pillow. U can use memory foam pillows. Sleep on Ortho Mattresses. Aerobic exercise for 45 minute daily. You need follow the above plus medicines

I understand your concern about your health condition and I appreciate that...there are many reasons for headache including spondylitis and it may be due to increased blood pressures, migraine, cluster headache, refractive errors, meningitis,sinusitis,increased intracranial pressure, reffered pain from somewhere else...
