Headache and muscles weak
My head aches much frequently. More often near d eye area. I feel like my head is moving in circular motions. That too frequently. I take calcium for my shoulder muscles every week otherwise they start paining. Some says its cervical but I'm just 20. My hair have also stated becoming white in a great quantity. It's disturbing.

Headache can be due to various reasons like stress,neurological, ent , eye related etc..neck problems also some times lead to headache..consult a neurologist and go for complete neurological examination and follow his advice
