Do you have such episodes in past also? Unlikely to have first episode of migraine at this age. Could be sinusitis or computer vision syndrome. *steam inhalation *avoid allergenic factors *reduce screen time * lubricating eye drops *get your self checked whenever access is available to rule out refractive error.

Get your eye sight checked after the lockdown. You may have a refractive error for which you might need glasses. If it's purely migraine then the best treatment is to avoid it by identifying the trigger.
Next Steps
take an online consult for better guidance.
Health Tips
excessive screen time is one of the triggering factors for migraine.
