Headache and eyes pressure.
From few days Daily at night I am having back headache and feel like pressure around the eyes or like dry eyes around them and it seems like very bad to me. Even i can't concentrate on anything and even when i stand up i feel like i don't have any control on my body i feel very weak. I feel tremors inside my body. I had ett and echo done it's perfectly fine because from last year i had an anxiety. But I don't know why the headache get started now. Please advise.

You have to get your eye check up done for your eyes.. reduce screen time, drink plenty of fluids.. eat healthy diet.. sleep minimum of 8hours at night.. avoid taking too much of stress and tensions. If symptoms persist kindly consult for further investigation and treatment
