Headache and eye pain when i was read something and work or watch computer and mobile....some time the vission is not clear blurness of characters

You should first get your refraction done by ophalmologist& if prescribed ,use antiglare glass,blurring of vision may be due to dryness also for which you may use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times regularly( Refresh liquigel)& should try to have normal blinking while working on smartphone or computer.

Might be due to mild refractive error and excessive use of computers and smart phone.
Get your eyes examined for glass number if any. You can use lubricating eye drops available over the counter in the meantime.
