You should first get your refraction done by ophalmologist& if prescribed ,use antiglare glass,blurring of vision may be due to dryness also for which you may use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times regularly( Refresh liquigel)& should try to have normal blinking while working on smartphone or computer.
