Headache and eye pain
Hello,
I wake up with a headache and dry eyes and pain every
Morning. This is even after sleeping for 9+ hours. I do snore but do not wake up in between. I have fatty
Liver ad TSH(thyroid) of 7+. Rest are normal. Have not done vit. D test. I also suffer from constipation, dry mouth, fatigue, low energy, dizziness, low libido, sore throat, acidity. I have recently been told I have small kidney stones in each kidney(less than 4mm) I drink 3+ ltrs of water daily. Please help me get normal.

Hello there...... Most stones that cause renal colic are small and pass out with the urine in a day or so. You should drink plenty of fluids to encourage a good flow of urine. Strong painkillers are often needed to ease the painuntil you pass the stone. No other treatment is usually needed.
Some stones that form and stick in the kidney do not cause symptoms or any harm. They can just be left if they are small.
