Headache and body pains
I am suffering from headache, fatigue, body pains, nerves pulling ,anxiety,and frequent urination. I went to hospital and all tests (spine, chest-x-ray, abdominal scanning) are normal. Hb-11. 4, pcv-39.1, mch-23. 8, mchc-29.2 are abnormal.d3 and b12 blood tests not done. and blood report attached below.Doctor suggest vitagreat and relenac th medicines for one month. Again I suffered these symptoms. Please suggest me.

Start daily walks for 10-15 mins and avoid taking mobile to bed.
Eat more veggies in diet
Try relaxation exercises like deep breathing
Sit in sunlight for 10-15 min daily.
Next Steps
Don’t watch excessive TV especially at night.
Take sos painkillers
