Headache along with ear pain

Hello, this is vishal and I am 23 years old. I have sinus problem. From fast few days I am getting headache ( especially back part of my head ) but it is not constant. Sometimes I am getting ear pain as well. Can you please suggest me some solution.

Usually headache in the back of the head also known as occipital headaches are not due to sinusitis. Usually causes are migraine, tension type of headache and myofacial pain of occipital muscles. This type of headaches can refer to the ear. Treatment depends on diagnosis
