Headache along with chest pain

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I'm experiencing fainting feeling, dizziness since three days continuously associated with stomach heavy breathing,chest pain in middle of chests ,pain under left chest,headaches .I have taken ECG which came Mild T wave in downward ⬇️ direction in V5 and V6.What does this mean.Is anything there to worry.I have undergone several tests like ECG, 2D echo, TMT, ultrasound, MRI brain, mrv brain, mra brain which all came normal and ruled out cardiac and brain issues in January of this year.But as of today I got ECG like this.Please resolve my issue.
