Frequent headache usually after traveling whenever i have to go to the university or another place of work

urs looks like tension headache or stress related headache..
keep calm wen ur work...
avoid exposure to sun..
have food on time and drink loads of water as headache can also be due to gastritis...
catchup wid good sleep too..6-8 hrs
