Get your eye power checked once. Also get eye pressure checked (for glaucoma). Even if you don't have power defect, you should start wearing blue glasses while using screen. They protect your eyes from the light from the screens. You can use rekool eye drops for some relief in your eyes. Use 1 drop in each eye every 2 hours. If problem persists, you can consult me on practo. We can evaluate further and treat accordingly.
