Headache after running
Hi Doctor, I get headaches in the afternoon after my morning run. I ensure that I eat an apple and a banana before and after the run but still I get these headaches. The headache normally starts in afternoon and I have to take a combiflam to get rid of it. Please can you suggest what should be done.

Kindly evaluated for cause of headache rather than symptomatic treatment... it might range from stress headache, sinusitis related issues , vision problem , varying blood pressure or neurological issues.... consult physician and get treated for the Same....
