Hello how many months are you carrying. Acetaminophen or Paracetamol is safe during pregnancy. Take 500 mg in morning . Plus need to know reasons for such headache. Please get your BP checked

As far as possible AVOID medicines during pregnancy to avoid complications and for safety of the baby, for headaches you can use some external balm like tiger amrutanjan which works like an injection,
Try it, if not take half tab of crocin 500 mg.
