Hi...this is renuka one of my baby getting hurt on head...this is 4th time he was falling n getting hurt in same place...am so worried abt him...he is just 15months running...everytime I was giving ice pressure n applying cream...but this time it was bit big n green...I dont no der is any nerve connect to head r eye can u pls clarify...anything will happen in future r else nthg to worry...am tensed...pls

This is a forehead hematoma due to fall or injury
This is very common in active toddlers
Apply ice pack wrapped in a towel and give painkillers in recommended doses if he has pain

This is called as hematoma. It is because of of collection of blood. Danger signs of Head Injury are vomiting's ,Convulsions, ear, nose bleeding, Drowsiness,If baby shows one of the above signs then one should worry and get CTscan done.If not,then sy. Ibugesic plus with ice massage is sufficient.
