HELLO, BP TO MONITOR. IF LIL PAIN IN NECK X-RAY CERVICAL REGION AP AND LAT VIEW DIGITAL. GAS CONT GAS MEDICINE. TAB VERTIN8MG THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD. OK.
