I am hv abnormal sweating and head spinning for Last 10 day on off , I hv done covid-19 test yesterday its negative..and done 1st dose

Kindly check you blood sugar and blood pressure. Low sugar and pressure will cause giddiness with sweating. Also get a ECG done. Drink a lot of water. Dehydration will also cause giddiness.
