Head reeling loss of consciousness

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife is experiencing head reeling since beginning of this week almost once daily occurance. One day there was stomach related gas issue but not other days. Extreme reeling and she becomes semi conscious and I have to hold her to get to bed. Which specialty doctor should I show?
