Head pressure and dizziness
Hello doc, I have following symptoms:
1. Anxiety
2. Back side head uneasiness
3. Pressure in frontal sinus area
4. Neck pulling pain
5. Feeling of light headedness
Am feeling this symptoms especially in the evening, is it problem of high blood pressure or anything else please help me and suggest...

Symptoms are more likely to be of TTHA. However your blood pressure needs to be checked also.

If blood pressure is normal, please get an MRI brain done
