My head is paining from last four days . last two days it paining in right side but now full. My eyes also effected by this problem

hey, headache has so many causes ,it can be due lack of sleep, stress ,tension, visual problem, problem in brain itself ,migraine and others , what s your cause ? relax for ² days ,sleep well ,avoid tension avoid watching TV ,computer ,mob ,consult physician if not subsiding
