Yesterday I have a unusual case, where my head started pain and then word come out jumbled from my mouth for few min.. Today also I m not able to speak fluently. Its like I knw what I have to speak but words are not uttering thru my tounge.. Also experinced that I can't see fem eye as if something very shiny kept along

Hello, is it the first time you are got these symptoms? Any previous episodes of this? Have you experienced any seizures (fits) previously? Have you got any trauma or injury to your head? Please specify. Unable to talk, headache and vision problem could suggest some lesion in brain, please consult a neurologist at the earliest.
