I have headache neck & back bone pain from 1 week i cant control that headache please tell any medicine or something, please help me,

Hello,, it's very brief description of problem. Head, neck or backache might be simple indicator of stress or physical strain, provided your health is completely normal other than these complaints. Over the counter paracetamol will help to relieve these pain. And mental relaxation with meditation and good night sleep is also important. If your pain not relieved one or two days after these steps kindly consult a physician.
