Head injury and double vision
I had an accident on 08 July 2021 in which i had received mild head injury. CT SCAN FOR NCCT HEAD REVEALED 5MM CONTIGUOUS AXIAL SECTIONS WERE OBTAINED OF THE ENTIRE SKULL FROM THE BASE TO VERTEX AND; IMPRESSION; EXTRA AXIAL BLEED ALONG RIGHT PARIENTAL CONVEXITY A WELL DEFINED EXTRA AXIAL COLLECTION OF BLOOD ATTENUATION HYPERDENSITY MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 8.0 MM IN THICKNESS IS SEEN ALONG THE RIGHT POSTERIOR PARIENTAL CONVEXITY. I was treated and given medication. Discharged from hospital on 14 jul. Dr told me that the the double vision issue will get self cured in next 05 to 06 days. The main health issue i am still facing is double vision. Kindly guide me for further actions. I want to go least to hospital due surge in covid cases SPECIALY AT HOSPITAL PREMISES.
