Head dim after eating icecream -reg
2 months back my before and after fasting sugar levels are 119 and 171 and HBA1C is 5.5.. after doing 2 months regular exercise...the levels changed to 85 and 120...But my problem is after eating cake or sweets, immediately I am getting dull fatigue and head dull symptoms for 15 minutes.. kindly suggest me whether I am having blood sugar issue or not... please suggest

Current sugar reports are good..whenever you take sugary items your sugar may be spiking causing dullness symptoms..so basi you need to follow good diabetic diet and exercise
