I'm having head ache on right side of my head for 2-3 days in a week... I feel like my right eye has short sightedness... Is head ache occurred due to eye sight? Can it be cured without use spectacles like eye drops?

Hello There are many causes of headache like uncorrected refractive error, migraine, sinusitis etc You must consult local ophthalmologist and get eye sight checked.
