Greetings,
Its common for young kids to be physically very active which some may call it hyperactive. However, you need to observe him further on the following:
1. Do you think he lags in speaking at the level of his age matched peers?
2. Do you think there are some unusual behaviors?
3. Does he socialize with other kids or adults in or out of your family circle?
4. Does he show unusual interest in specific things alone, and ignores an obviously interesting thing for any child?
If any of them are yes or not, its a recommendation to visit a pediatrician at the earliest and get appropriate guidance to meet other specialties like Speech Language Pathologist. Audiologist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist if necessary.

YESNO
Pediatrician
Needs to be evaluated by a clinical child psychologist or a pediatric neurologist to say the best. Hearing test to be done formally before probing further.
