He is S. Paratyphi 'A' positive
About my widal report:-
1. s. paratyphi 'A' from 1/20 to1/160 all are positive
2. s. typhi 'H' & 'O' positive by 1/20
3. s. paratyphi 'B' is negative
and all remains are negative in every sections.
that's all in my report of widal test.
1. Do I have typhoid disease?
2. what should i do in this regard?
3. is it in lethal condition or in dangerous condition? or no need to be anxious?

Yes...you are suffering from typhoid.
You need antibiotic treatment.
Its not lethal condition if you take proper care.
Avoid roadside food
Wash your hands properly before having food .
Drink purified water or boiled water.drink electrolytes
Do not eat half cooked food, raw food..
