He has skin allergy with sweet and milk
He got rashes at sweat aria like joints and on eyelids and also itching on that portion some times he got little spots(daane) on his leg below knee and also on his hip now a day he is not taking food properly only he force to take junk foods. He is also some pain at the back of neck and he rendomely roun his neck all time. He also lose energy suddenly if he played and run and after that he got leg pain.

The itching on the eyes can be an allergic dermatitis or a manifestation of topic dermatitis. The little spots (daane) will have to be examined to know their cause.
With the muscular problems and skin lesions that you are explaining as co-existing it could be a case of dermatomyositis also. Visit a qualified dermatologist in your vicinity to get proper evaluated.
