He gets unconscious all of a sudden
My grandfather is a heart and BP patient, in last week he suddenly got unconscious at home, he wasn't able to know what's happening around him and his whole body was shaking, we visited a local doctor they said BP must be low, what do you sugges?

Sudden unconsciousness can be a syncope or a seizure
Possibility of orthostatic hypotension
Check pulse
