He can't speak yet. 2 years and 4 months
The only words he can say are "ata and now just added tutu" Is it normal or there could be a problem?

Hi.. At the age of two years if child is speaking only these two words then it’s not normal. By this age child should be speaking meaningful words

Don’t wait for him to talk himself thinking he is a late talker. Intensive stimulation at home is very much necessary. Keep talking to him when he is around , explain him when u make him take bath , when u feed him or when u play with him. Never leav unattended to long time tv or cartoons even if he wants to see , sit with him and make it interactive by asking him questions and explaining wats going on in the screen.. SLP will guide u more once u meet and discuss abt the same.
