Hcg level not doubled in 48 hours
Hi, I am in early pregnancy. My last lmp was 15th July. My BHCG level on 19th August was 7021 but on repeating it after 48 hours it came only 10749. Is it a sign of ectopic pregnancy?? Earlier also I had 2 times loss due to baby not developing heart beat and another time due to biochemical pregnancy. Have I lost again?

Non doubling of bhcg titers in 48 hours could be a sign of intrauterine pregnancy failure or an ectopic pregnancy you need an ultrasound to confirm the same
