  3. HCG Injection and Ovulation. Treatment?

HCG Injection and Ovulation
After follicular study.. I took hcg injection of 5000 during 11th day when DF size was 20x15mm. On day 13 did scanning again but Ovulation has not happened. DF size 24x16mm. Why haven't the follicle ruptured even after 48 hrs? What are the next course of treatment? Kindly advice. Thanks
