HbA1C is barely in prediabetic range. Nothing to worry about.
•Reduce sweets and excess sugar intake
•Avoid high carbohydrate food including Packed food and aerated drinks.
•Exercise daily for atleast 40-50 min or walk for atleast 4 km daily excluding routine household work.
•Get HbA1C repeated every 6 months to track your progress.
