Having viterous haemmarage in right eye
I am having viterous haemmarage in one eye from past 6 months had 2 avastin injections to stop blood and also 3 laser sitting have been donr to stop the growthb of abnormal vessels to stop blood leakage now the blood accumulated after leakage is clearing up but it takes time to clear up can i proceed to do gym after that?

Plz Vera detailed retinal check up done before starting your gym . Your retinal surgeon will be a better person to guide you considering your present condition and recovery of your Retina .
