Having Urticaria

Having rashes all over my body since 1 month,after bathing ,after washing utensils or after hand wash I m having rashes all over my body, they are causing severe etching,rashes are multiple in number,bigger rashes looks like strawberry skin,I m having even on my scalp,those rashes will stay for 30 mins to 1 hour later those will disappear.i took antihistamines..but I didn't find much difference..if I stop taking those medicines again rashes are coming,mainly these rashes are appearing after exposing to water ,to humid temperature,to air conditioner
