Having throat infection
I often suffer from throat infection.i feel difficult to swallow food and water.if i gargle with salt water it will be fine but i need a permanent solution for this problem.

You seem to be suffering from chronic tonsillitis. Usually in this condition you will have recurrent attacks of throat pain which resolves within few days after taking antibiotics or by gargle. If your symptoms are very persistent and recurrent then surgery known as tonsillectomy may be required
