Having Running nose for past two days
Require some help in prescribing medicine for running nose which I am suffering for last two days. I don't have any other issues

Do you also have other complaints like fever, cough, breathing difficulty? If Yes, go to a nearby hospital and get check up thoroughly. If No, symptomatic management will do which includes: 1). Avoid from cold(be it food, water or environment) and dusty environment. 2). Steam inhalation 3 times a day. 3). Nasivion S one drop in each nostril will relief the nose block. 4) Tab Montair LC or its other equivalent 1 tablet at bedtime for 5 to 7 days. Take care.

Take adequate diet and plenty of water. Do free and exercise every day. Take green vegetables and fruits Give proper history .
