In my face I has lot of pimples,small small bumps and acne I have tried soo much of natural remedy and face wash but no results

Always remember to wash your face with neem face wash whenever you return from outside. Apply ointment on your face comprising of clindamycin. You can also start on doxycycline 100mg tablets once daily for 30 days. Do not try to Pierce nose pimples otherwise they will leaves scar.
