Having piles of 4th grade
I am suffering from piles and having 4th grade piles. I want to know that while bleeding in motion ,sitcom tablet and tranexa 500 can be taken simultaneously?

better to go for surgery if it's grade 4 .. stapler haemorrhoidectomy or open or closed haemorrhoidectomy..

Sitcom tablet is usually used for grade 1 &2 haemorrhoids, it won't be of much help ..i recommend immediate in-person consultation with general surgeon , so that surgeon can examine if necessary plan for emergency surgery...
